Hello doctor im simbu, today morning I did (bench dips exercise) that time I got my center chest bones was engaged I can felt that suddenly I stop that exercise movement since that my center chest was in heavy pain I can not left anything and can not turn my face any side I trying to that my chest pain was coming the pain was felt like put a injection in my center chest, im so worry about this please kindly tell me solution doctor.
