Sir my age is 24. Height 5 ft 11 inch. Weight 82 kg. Unmarried.i have been detected with azoospermia 10 days ago. So doctor examine me thoroughly suspecting non obstructive azoospermia. Yesterday he ordered my TRUS (Trans rectal ultrasound) .It shows normal study and prostate volume is 13. 4 cc but sir I want to tell you that 8 month ago I had my lower abdominal ultrasound 2 times in the gap of 1 month for problem of frequent urination ,ultrasound report at that time shows volume of prostate 22. 6 cc and another report shows 21. 9 cc but this time yesterday TRUS shows volume of prostate 13. 4 cc.Which is more accurate prostate among TRUS and lower abdominal ultrasound?
