Well anxiety can cause every kind of disease even gerd. Only breathing exercise won't help u.first of all you need to walk daily. Take food in every 3-4 hrs intervals. Take non-spicy food. Avoid soda, too much hot and cold food also acids. And take your dinner atlst one hour before you go to bed. U can lie on raised pillow.
