My wife is pregnant from one month. please tell a good diet plan for her for a good health. Which fruits are good for her health and which should avoid. please advise in detail.

I n pregnancy one should take small meals frequently. Green leafy vegetables like spinach, salads, beetroot ,sprouts, etc will increase your iron content. If you are not diabetic, you can take all fruits. Apple, watermelon all you can take.
