Hi this is akash rai am 18 years old and I use to have always cough and cold frequently so I just wanted to know the reason behind this and want to get rid of it permanently.

Cold and cough which occurs frequently can be due to less immunity, which is again can be due to genetics, vitamin and mineral deficiency mainly vit c and zinc, stress, less sleep, pollution, dust etc. Add more of fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet daily and exercise daily. Drink 3 to 4 liters of water per day and sleep 8 hours. Avoid dust and pollution. Take zincovit multivitamin tablet once a day for 2 weeks. And eqt vic c rich foods like lemon, oranges etc.
