at 24 you're somewhat on the low side for having a greying beard. It's genetic and somewhat influenced by your diet and stress levels (overweight men grey faster, too), so gels won't help you. You can dye, and you'll have to dye until you've grown comfortable with the grey. That's your only choice and hope, sorry to say. To stop the rest from going grey as well, you can do this: De-Stress. Don't let stress eat your melanin. Sport and frequent time outs are all it takes, replenish and don't let more than 48 hours pass without taking a destresser. Don't smoke. Smoking kills melanin. Eat walnuts and other sources of copper. Berries, for example. Eat carrots and spinach, iodine aids the production of melanin. Drink lots of water, dehydration stops the transport of melanin to the follicles, your facial hair is the first to suffer.
