One upper front teeth has broken nearby the root, as cleared on getting the x-ray. Dentist has advising for removal. Presently I did not have problem, please advise any other treatment at this stage if available other than removal to avoid any complication at latter stage.

Hi lybrate-user. The dentist may be advising you to remove it as a broken teeth has more chances of getting infected and then the infection may spread to other teeth. So better remove it and take an implantation.

If the dentist has advised extraction, obviously it may be needing extraction only, follow him.
