Hi sir my age is 25. I masturbate weekly 2 times, but the problem is I'm so much addicted to this masturbation like I always start this thing at night 11 and I continuously do this for 4,5 hours without leaking my sperm. I have this habit from 4 years and now I'm facing some problems like frequent urine, sometimes small pain in kidneys, feeling anxious. Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. Premature ejaculation you can correlate when you started mastrrbation what was time and check current timing. You will find time to ejaculate might hv reduced significantly.
