I wants to increase my muscle build up and weight according to my height (6'). I am eggetarian, please provide me some diet tips.

Hi lybrate-user. For your height your weight should be 80 kgs to gain muscle start strength training exercises post workout have protein rich foods like eggs, whey boiled Chana, milk+egg combinations, paneer etc. Have a high protein and calorie diet. Pre workout have banana shake. Include calorifically dense foods like nuts, milk n milk products, banana, chicoo etc.
