I have a desk job and in the last 5 years my weight has gone up 75 mgs to 85 kgs I want to lose weight please help.

You should start your day with a cup of lukewarm water, In breakfast you should take Combination of carbohydrate and protein, Take small and frequent meal and include more of fresh fruit and vegetables, Include whole grains cereals in your diet. Do exercise and do not sit at one place for a long stretch. You can do walk in office itself after your lunch. You can also include green tea twice a day.
