Hi! I'm working out everyday to gain muscle, I will have to consume just vegetarian food for a month. My concern is can I consume tofu once in two day? I heard I has some estrogen which not good for men. If it is not as bad as they tell you, how much can I consume per day? This has been one of my biggest concerns please help.

Tofu is ok to have in smaller quantities but not too much. Try to get your protein requirements from milk paneer and mixture of dal and cereals. Include whey protein in your diet before and after your workout
