I have a big problem of constipation due to this i was 5 days not fresh properly this is story of previous 10 days bit nowadays I use to take psyllium powder to fresh properly but when I have a chronic constipation in previous 10 days there arises a new major problem that near penis on side of penis or between in this there is a swelling of vein or tandon. So this is due to constipation or something?else? And I have a problem of nightfall so this also generated due to this.
