Dear Lybrate User, As you mentioned your condition gases is by product of indigestion , High carb foods like beans, cabbage, chickpeas, and lentils or sugary fruit juices are not easily digested by the stomach. They pass through the colon which contains a lot of bacteria that help in breaking down the food while releasing gases. so avoid it Eat healthy , fresh home made food at regular time , get proper 7-8 hrs sleep because stress is also major factor for indigestion . Ayurveda treat well this condition so its natural way to improve digestion .
