I am 20 years old and last year I came out of depression. I was under the treatment for two months. But I somewhat felt that memory is getting weak. I don't forget things completely like out of 100 things I Skip on 5 to 6 things and then do it .Is it natural .I feel like I have improved and I sometimes find it difficult to go upstairs like I Skip one, not that I can't balance or don't walk properly. Its just that only. My doctor said it was normal but told to get better. What should I do. These things never happened before.
