I can't able to sleep at night time. But I feel very sleepy at next day morning office time. How can I solve this problem?

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to sleep apnea where breathing is interrupted during sleep & this may be due to being overweight - try to reduce weight by diet & regular exercise - have more of fibrous foods like fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein foods, avoid fried, processed & junk foods - also do regular exercise like brisk walking, jogging, swimming daily for 30-40 min - do not take a nap for more than 20-30 min in the day as more will make sleeping difficult at night - also restrict intake of caffeine in the form of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups a day - have a light dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - drink a glass of warm milk before bedtime as it helps one sleep better - keep your sleep & wake up time fixed.
