I have hair on my penile shaft amd I can see some white dots which continues to half penis till where I have shaded portion. So the hair will grow to my half penis? Also my penis hair grows slowly. please reply.

Hi, those white dots are nothing but oil glands which are attached with hair follicles or some without any attachment to hair follicle. They are common and nothing to worry, except for the appearance. Usually, hairs tend to grow for about 2- 3 cms where the penis gets attached to body. If the hair line is extending beyond that, then the only safe option is laser hair reduction. Be happy that your penis hair is growing slowly, orlese you would have to trim or shave very ferquently!
