I don't know what's happening to me (something I feel very lazy, lost stamina in morning, feel depressed, but in the night I feel daam active. Full energized, etc I take enough fruits and vegetables then why Any acupressure point or tablets to increase stamina and keep mind focused in the morning?

Hi lybrate-user, Has any change occurred in the last few months, if you go back in time and try to pin point exactly when these feelings started will help. I suggest yoga and deep breathing. Try and breathe out this emotional energy and suryanamaskar will really help with the stamina. Change your sleep cycle. If you feel that you would like to speak with someone, pls seek the help of a counsellor or psychologist. Hope you feel better soon.
