Hi. My weight has increased a lot due to pregnancy. Now after delivery its not reducing since breast feeding is also not much. Now i'm getting body palms. please guide me how to reduce it? Diet I should follow for fast reduction.

Hi shivani pregnancy change a body lot.there are many hormonal changes too. I need more details about your child age and breast feeding phase. You can start healthy balanced diet which should be mixture of proteins, vitamin, fibre, fat, carbohydrates. You should also start some exercise for regain the strength. You should go for proper consultation which includes Medicine for weight loss, proper healthy diet chart, exercise plan. Don't rush to do everything at once.take step by step.
