I am 17 years old and I am not fit at all. I am very thin. I have sufficient height but I am not that healthy. So what should I do?

Hello. According to your height and weight your BMI is underweight for normal BMI you follow some tips. 1) take heavy breakfast. 2) Do some cardio exercise. 3) Added cream in your coffee or tea. 4) Take healthy fruits and vegetables. 5) Take more meals and small plates. 6) Don't take stress. 7) Get enough sleep. 8) Take high fiber. 9) Take healthy fats and oils. 10) Use coconut oil for meal preparation. Some weight gain foods :- 1) Nuts 2) Dried fruit 3) milk and milk products 4) Fats and oils 5) Eggs 6) Grains 7) Tubers 8) Dark chocolate 9) Avacado 10) Peanut butter 11) pasta 12) Granola.
