Hey. I am 24 years old .my height is 5'7 and weight 62 and I want to loose weight upto 5 kgs. I am vegetarian. How would I manage my diet? How much protien n carbs should I take daily? So that I can also keep my skin glow and healthy. My skin is also so dull. And I am getting married by the end of this year.

Your BMI shown you are at normal range of healthy weight .In my Opinion You Need to get diet for lean Bulk with gym which makes You asthetic and help you to get good physique.
