I am male 28: ?for last 6 months ,nausea feeling and vomiting when I woke up regularly. F?or last 7 years anytime I get belching ,gas formation and palpitation .now even pantop and rabeprazole even do not get me. Relief.i have gone through colonoscopy endoscopy, ultrasound ,ecg ,echo all normal. ?feeling nausea all the time till evening ?hardly eat any thing before night ?not remember last when I feel very relaxed or happy. Always feels like life is just wakeup, work,eat then sleep, no happiness or fun at all not even I try to do it. ?from. My childhood I wanted to work for govt sector but couldn't, I am also not happy with my current IT sector job, always wants to crack some. Govt job but can not focus .not a single day I enjoyed at my office. ?i am never able to give up my best be it my work, my studies ?previously loved to enjoy music but now not al all. ?sleep late at night till 2 am and very difficulty im waking up. On holiday sleep till 11 or even 12 ?mazor issue: while sleeping sometimes feels like I am unable to breath and my throat is choking and dry as though some heart problem is happening. Thus drink water quickly. ?when this happen. Body behaves as no life. Hand shaking numbness ?palpitation and vomiting feeling ?i always fear that I may feel sick anytime thus fear to be alone like traveling going somewhere alone or even at home alone, always want someone with me every time. Fear that I can die. ?bp is always high whenever I monitor ?my moods also swings very faster.
