I stopped taking paan a few weeks ago, which I had taken for many years. I started feeling to set my molar teeth on edge, I can't chew hard nuts. I feel paining/cold water bite while drinking water if not warm. Whenever I drink water, my molar tooth are pains. Help me.

You will surely know that tobacco chewing is injurious to health. Good that you stopped. Those chemicals released from the paan would have weaken the gums, as you know a strong teeth will require strong gums because gums hold the teeth. Pain on drinking cold water may be due to wear of enamel. Kindly visit a dentist so that he may remove the remaining chemicals sticking to the teeth and prevent further damage.
