During sex my penis wall gets teared and due 2 this region m afraid of having sex. And sometimes sizzling sensation feelings observed in penis where the upper skin is removed and in the skin junction region. Jst before sex penis gets hard and immediately releases semen can't hold for long period and gets tired immediately. And further can't hold penis erect for sex again. Inside penis jst nxt to the top region sometimes there is sizzling sensation like there is a thorn inside which is piercing the penis and while urination after release of semen this effect occurs and pain is there. Ultimately I have lost Interest in sex.
