I am smoking for the last 2 yrs. Can I grow muscles. I am tensed to go to gym because of a doubt that will I grow muscles after quitting smoking and will I have any effects if I lift more weight in gym just because I have smoked for those 2 yrs. I am soo confused and I look myself soo skinny. My parents feel tensed about this. Please help me with proper nutrition and my doubt on muscle building. I have to become more weighted person.
