I think, I urinate more than the usual, and I do not have diabetes by the grace of almighty. Do I need to worry or consult a doctor regarding this? if yes please let me know as soon as possible. I drink 3 liters or more of water in a day.

Dear if you do not have any other symptoms then get urine test done to rule out infection. For now try to decrease your fluid intake to 2 litres a day and see what happens. If frequency still remains the same then you need usg (kub). Dr. Kiran mehta.
