Sleep is very much important for good health. It doesn't depend on whether you are a student or are from some other field. The minimum hours of sleep required is 8 hours. Just like we need a good rest after a strenuous day, same is with the body. Rest plays an important role in body development. Lack of sleep results in many disorders.
