Hello, Is it good to take vitamin D capsules for bone health? I have arthritis problem and not severe stage to operate as per doctor but still I get pain. I heard from few people taking for vitamin D capsules will decrease the pain and bone health. Do you suggest to use if so could you please let me know the one which I could use? Also Does intake of these vitamin d increase body weight Please help me.
