If you are sure that there was no contact, after she had a period, she can't be pregnant wait for few days don't give her hormone to start cycle there can be other reasons for not getting periods or not getting pregnant despite no protection get her checked properly for cbc, blood test and a simple ultrasound of whole abdomen.
