Weight gain and weightless are both slow process and time consuming. To gain the weight, you should start with weight lifting. This is requires only if eat all right food falloff protein, dairy products and dry nuts, if you r still not gaining weight. Also check your thyroid. If you are having hyper thyroid, you will not gain weight.
