SIR I AM A 22 YRS OLD MALE ,MBBS STUDENT IN KOLKATA. I was casually palpating my abdominal wall and during that I found a small subcutaneous lump and went to general surgery ward .He said nothing to worry as it is a benign mass and prescribed HR USG & FNAC .Then I did USG and the finding was an ill defined hypoechoic lesion of 14 mm7 mm in the subcutaneous plane in the ant abdominal wall. I went for FNAC but they said it can not be done as there is no definite nodule. But Our professor couldn't say the exact diagnosis. I did it in 2015 Jan and it is unchanged upto 2017 July now. No pain, tenderness ,no evident elevation. Sir what may be the reason pls elaborate in detail?

You may have benign lipoma and it need to be examined to say more clearly. If you have no symptoms this is not a serious issue
