hello sir, take high protein diet and high calorie diet. take milk and milk products. take amway protein with 1 scoop with milk. take sprouts, juice with glucose, paneer, soy milk, tofu, veg soup, veg. juice,electrol powder, shakes, any sweet item after dinner,plenty of fruits, .do stretching exercise alternate days. take curd daily.
