Hi, I'm 30 year old man I think I'm addicted mobile, internet t.v. Etc. What should I do for control my routine?

Give priority to the important work. Make a list of important things to be done today, and the whole weeks plan. You can still use the gadgets based on the needs ( useful information from the net etc ). Otherwise push the less important things or useless chats into the category of least important things in the list. It will take time for you ( for your ego ) to appreciate? the values of time and importance of duty. So be patient with yourself. Spend more time towards building health and fitness than getting addicted to gadgets. Adapt a healthy lifestyle overall and stick to your commitments. Follow up for further clarification.
