I have to sit continuously for 3 hours in front of computer I am having little bit back pain not severe like. I do gym also. What should I do for this? Please suggest medicine and exercise for it.

1. Stop going to Gym 2. Don't sit on floor 3. Don't lift heavy things 4. Start with Physiotherapy treatment 5. Learn spinal exercises 6. Do hot fermentation twice a day 7. Apply volini cream before sleeping 8. Take calcium vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum
