Water and its dissolved minerals leave stain over the teeth. Use good quality of water purifier Use standard tooth brush and follow standard brushing techniques Use good quality of tooth paste, you can go with Dant Kanti Consult a dentist if you wants to bleech your teeth, but its not recommended until you really need it.

Dear Lybrate user, The yellow lines in your front teeth could be stains (due to tea coffee drinking or food stains) or could be due to fluorosis. Please visit your dentist for a check up and ask for the best possible treatment for your condition. Scaling should be helpful in case of stains, however, bleaching /composite restoration should be helpful depending upon the severity of the fluorosis (if that is the case).

Yellow lines if present from childhood could be due to mild fluorosis, if you feel these lines have come now could be due to some debris or tartar. Visit your dentist and take suitable treatment.

Get a scaling and cleaning done from a dentist, also avoid excessive tea or coffee.
