I got some tear on my perineum first it was just one tear between the bartholin's gland but it seems like increasing in matter of size and space also and yeah it is painful like hell it pains when I use water And I can't even properly clean it as it pains a lot if I touch it. It looks very scary skin is some white and red around this and it is spreading faster please help as it is unbearable now.
