Hi, I didn't get my period this month. I checked with preganews kit and got positive result. So now I need to confirm by doctor, am I really pregnant or not? One doctor suggested after 2 month you do sonography then you will get to know whether you are pregnant or not. But I asked my elders they said, a good gyaconolist will let you know in one month whether you are pregnant or not by doing your urine test or blood test.
