How much is your fbs and ppbs. What medication you are on for the past two months? avoid sugar rich foods. Do exercise regularly atleast 30mins a day. Took ragi, wheat instead of takng rice.

Hi, to maintain your sugar levels in blood you have to keep touch with doctors and nutritionists and follow their guidelines. Have balanced diet, have high protein high fiber low fat low calorie diet, learn about carbohydrate count and proper portion size of each type food. Take 3 meals and 3-4 snacks in whole day, physical activity is very important. Yoga and pranayama have proven beneficial.

I am sure since last two months you must be on some kind of treatment, may I know what is it? since you have diabetes following few things have to be followed: 1) exercise a minimum of 1 h every day, 2) avoid sweets, direct sugar or jaggery, 3) reduce fat intake, particularly deep fried foods, 4) increase fiber intake and green salads, 5) over all calorie intake also should be restricted based on ideal body weight (ibw = height in centimeters - 100 x 0.9 = kg).
