My present weight is 62. I want to decrease my weight when I do exercise I have pain in all body please give me simple idea to reduce weight loss easily.

Include in your daily routine fruits n salad n take 8 to12 glass of water in every day n don't take outside foods fried items .food prefer in break fast like poha, dalia; sandwich with salad n spouts.

Hello, The body pain is due to muscle soreness and it is temporary.Go for warm water bath.Have small and frequent meals with balance of all the nutrients.
