We had intercourse 10 days back. 2 rounds with condom and 3rd without condom and I climax outside and not inside vagina. The next day [20 hours] she took Unwanted 72 as a precaution. Post which she is feeling much tired as compared to before and sleep is also increased. After 9 days today she felt like vomiting. Are these side effects of Unwanted 72 or the symptoms of pregnancy? Because she took Unwanted 72 at correct time on the very next day. Are there any chances of pregnancy? Or just the side effects of Unwanted 72, and till how long these effects will stay? She has not got periods yet, since she has 3 month of period cycle, last time she had periods -last day 8th june, and we did intercourse on 8th July.

Symptoms of pregnancy: the classic clues Tender, swollen breast. Your breasts may provide one of the first symptoms of pregnancy. Fatigue..Slight bleeding or cramping. Nausea with or without vomiting. Food aversions or cravings. Headaches..Constipation. Mood swings. Tests to confirm pregnancy as early as 10 days after a missed period. However, some of these tests can detect hCG much earlier. A quantitative hCG test (beta hCG) measures the exact amount of hCG in your blood. It can find even very low levels of hCG. At this stage tiny amounts of the pregnancy hormone, hCG, start to appear in your urine. It is this hormone that all home pregnancy tests detect and some tests are so sensitive that they can be used up to 6 days before your missed period (which is 5 days before your expected period). CONCLUSIONS: Women should be encouraged to seek consultation as quickly as possible after unprotected sexual intercourse. However, if the usual time limit (<72 hours) has expired, the so-called "morning-after" pill should be recommended if an intrauterine contraceptive device is not available. Emergency contraceptive pills have a favorable success rate after 72 hours, with a pregnancy rate that is significantly lower than would be expected if no contraceptive were administered.
