lybrate-user, please never skip your meals. Ensure you are eating all 3 meals irrespective of your stress and schedule. Every morning, have 200 ml of lime water and begin the day with a portion of fruit. This will help you to start the day well. Do not eat any junk foods or fried foods. Eat more of healthy snacks such as sprouts, fruits, nuts, dry fruits etc. Include 8 almonds and 8 walnuts everyday. You can also snack on a fistful of groundnuts 3-4 times a week. Include 2-3 liters of water everyday for an effective brain performance.

Hello, Rest is very important for weight gain.Avoid consuming excess of fluids just before the meals.Have nuts,dried fruits,shakes,smoothies in between the meals.Avoid oily and junk food,exercise becomes important.
