I have anxiety issues. So much that is is hampering my social life. I start to feel anxious when I know I won't be able to get out of a situation. For example. If I am driving the car then I know that I can stop car anywhere but if someone else is driving .I can't stop it so I will feel sweaty feet. Nausea.acidity. Palpitation etc. I am afraid of traveling by air coz obviously one cannot stop plane in between. Or by bus or by train. So basically when situation is not in my control I feel anxious. From my childhood I had an issue with me being anxious when I used to eat with strangers or relatives. Now I don't feel anxious with this situation but now I have anxiety issues which I mentioned above. It is hampering my business and my social life. I don't like myself this way and this is the only worry in my life. I want to know badly how can I cure this. Please help.
