I get Uncontrollable bruising pain in abdomen after doing any physical activity. I have tried push-ups and yoga under supervision but always get this type of pain. It gets better with amla water and fennel seeds water but comes back after starting any physical exercise. I take isabgol with milk due to a permanent constipation problem.

During physical activity you may be springing your tummy . So be careful to avoid sprain and drink 5 glasses of water before physical and even during activity . COnstipation can be relieved by by high fiber diet and Lactulose syrup
