I am going into depression situation because of my divorce matter. My husband wants divorce from me in just 1 and half month. I am unable to recover from this situation. This matter largely affect my mind. How should I recover from this situation?

Hi lybrate-user, I can understand your worries. In India divorce is not an easy thing to come over. The effects it produces on mental health is tremendous. Things becomes easy if you accept them. Again it is not easy to accept especially when your husband is seeking the divorce not you. But if it is unavoidable then the sooner you accept the better it will be for your health. Keep yourself busy and immersed in some productive work so that your mind gets diverted and also you get some confidence. You may go for a job or start studying. Don't just sit idle and think over the divorce thing the whole day. Pay attention to your physical health as well. Eat well. Go for a brisk walk daily. Complete some hobby. End of One relationship doesn't mean that the world is ending for you. What is stored for you in future, who knows? Believe in yourself and think that whatever happens, happens for good.
