I am 27 yrs, weight 55, height 5, 11 inches.on 18.07.2017 I had test of colonoscopy Report is as follow: (ANAL CANAL: TWO COLUMN OF GRADE I PILES)---(RECTUM: CONGESTED WITH EROSIONS)---(SIGMOID COLON: NORMAL NOPOLYP/GROWTH/BLEED)---(DESCENDING COLON: NORMAL NOPOLYP/GROWTH/BLEED)---(SPLENIC flexure: NORMAL NOPOLYP/GROWTH/BLEED)---(TRANSVERSE COLON: NORMAL NOPOLYP/GROWTH/BLEED)---(hepatic FLEXURE: NE DUE TO FECAL MATTER)---(ASCENDING COLON: NE DUE TO FECAL MATTER)---(CAECUM: NE DUE TO FECAL MATTER)---IMPRESSION: MILD EROSIVE PROCTITIS WITH TWO COLUMN OF GRADE I PILES) Sir. I understand that I have grade I Piles, but I want to know what is (Erosive Proctitis & Fecal matter in hepatic, ascending and caecum) Please let me know these features. Reason I had this test, feeling pain in belly, high constipation for last 5 years, blood in stool & unknown weight loss, Sir my stamina is getting down very fast as well as weight. please make me understand the test which I am unable to understand. Thanks a ton.
