I have question for my friend. He finished 12th std. @ 2015. His aim is to become a doctor. So he dropped a year and prepared for entrance exams. I also joined in the same year. We are not friends at that time. After joining as always I concentrated on my studies. And finally got 333 marks out of 720. But he has not prepared for exams throughout the year since he has got diverting towards love. So he got around 132. We both became friends after that and dropped one more year and studied. Now I got 431. My chances are high to get a MBBS seat in govt. College. But he has got 138. I think its not at all an improvement than last year. But this year he has studied a lot, practised. But he got nervous in exam hall and so he couldn't get it. Now he is planning to drop one more year. I have no confidence, but he is very stubborn that he can study only medicine not any other. His parents also accepted his decision. I have convinced a lot, but no use. So What could he do in this situation? He guarantee me that he would device a plan and he would crack the exam. Should I believe him? You think he could make it? Please I want a good support from you.

You are a very good human being and friend but let me tell you that if your friend is not ready to understand your concern regarding him he will never understand. So it's better to leave him with his decisions as his parents are also supporting his decisions. The best you can do is that tell him to make a plan B. As soon as he makes plan B he will give his 100% to his plan A i.e. medical entrance exam. Guide him how to prepare for the exam. He might be doing it the wrong way. If he is adamant about his decision then you also start supporting him and boost his morale. You don't have any other choice...:)
