I am a 23-year-old student, my routine is very busy like 7: 30 am to 2: 30 pm after that 4 pm to 11 pm self-study, at 11: 30 go to bed and wake up at 5 am. In between 5 to 6 40 min yoga and some light exercise. I use to simple food not which comes in tiffen box service. SO MY PROBLEM IS Sometimes I feel head walking and my Palm feels hot like suffering from fever but thermometer shows normal. My blood report is also normal. AND herein to this My chest always feels tighter like some kind of smoke or something is a field with of and when I sit in air conditioner (from 7: 30 to 2 pm in coaching classes) this problem increases. Due to I am not able to concentrate on my studies.
