Hello Doctor, I am an 17 years old boy. And my problem is about manual breathing, I read it somewhere and got involved in this. I mean whenever I get free or go to study or go to relax I became aware of my breathing, like am giving Attention anf have to breath on my own manually. There is no difficulty but there is effort to breath on own while studying, and some times in a day. I Can't concentrate, learn something because of this am getting off from studies, also I can't strain now while pooping (passing stools) because of this am having incom BOWEL MOVEMENTS THIS DAYS because I get my Breath and can not poop I can't explain here, then I went online for solution and instead of improving this I got new thing like this but they are not heavy as this, like swallow Your spit, and keep swallowing manually. Next you have tongue which do not fit in mouth with teeth, also partially appearing nose in vision. But this is not bothering me much, please help I can't study with full concentration all I have to do these days is get involved in something get busy in entertainment or any thing else. please help am afraid now of spoiling my future like this.
