Can I take whey protien or bcaa if I do heavy workout to gain mass. I stimulate take foods too. One month before I have slight digestion problem but now it is completely fine after starting my workout.

It would be good if you start taking the diet rich in protein or so instead of all these supplements. You can check out it with your gym instructor or dietitian which diet suits you the best. Do your workout regularly_ the only solution to be free from diseases is by staying fit.
