After 21 yr hight is stable so now hight increase are not possible 50gm Shatavri & 50 gm Ashwagandha (Dabur comp)mix Both of tham and take 1 teaspoon twice in a day with milk Both are good for general fitness and to gain normal weight.,take fruits and do exercise /yoga
