Hi sir 19 years old and I get this fungal infection i.e.gajakarn before 3 years ago. So now it has more spread over my back of pelvic region. I have been applying many creams but that gives temporary relief and one thing is that only in night (sometimes in day) that region start to itch. It is spreading above infected area as well. Hello Mr. lybrate-user First of all STOP doing your own treatment and consult a dermatologist. You are doing more harm to your skin by doing this. The creams that are available Over the counter have many side effects. You need to start oral tablets and anti-fungal creams to stop the spread and get a permanent cure. For getting a prescription you will have to start a private consult because I will have to see the extent. Use a normal powder to keep the area dry and wear loose fitting cotton clothes. Take care.
